IN-Home Consultation

We approach your home with a New Jersey buyer’s eyes during a walk-through of your property. You’ll receive our expert recommendations and a prioritized action plan (detailed below) for minimizing any negatives and accentuating the features home buyers value most.

By the end of our meeting, you’ll have the confidence and peace of mind to put your home’s best foot forward — and outshine your competitors!

SHORT-TERM (One-Day) Occupied Staging

We offer full-day and half-day occupied staging for the most important rooms in your home. One-day staging is the perfect short-term option for getting a professionally styled space for your showings and listing photos.

Using only your furniture and accessories, we’ll stage the home with intention, give whole space flow, minimize any negatives, and maximize the selling features that appeal to today’s NJ homebuyer.

Full-Day Staging (6 hours) • $1150
Half-Day Staging (4 hours) • $650
